Sustainability and the "greening" of the property and construction sector has been one of the most monumental changes the industry has witnessed, with detailed and ever-changing regulations to now specify minimum standards for new developments and existing buildings. For many developers and organisations, keeping up-to-date with complex and dynamic policy can be a major challenge.

Impact started its push into sustainability in 2008 when we formed our Green Building Sustainability team comprising two staff members who have completed the green star course at the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), enabling them to provide detailed technical advice.

The team works closely with clients at all stages of the development process to maximise the sustainability of the project. Importantly we can assist at any stage of a project’s lifecycle.

The Green Building Sustainability team is dedicated to delivering projects that have clear benefits to end-users, the surrounding community and of course the environment.
