- Use our extensive network of proponent groups and experience in delivering private and affordable housing projects to identify and market the site to selected groups operating in the area.
- Only makes contact with organisations that are known to have appropriate funding sources, capacity and resources to acquire, develop and manage development opportunities in line with the project brief.
- Evaluate all proponents’ bids against the agreed set of criteria and objectives set by the Client, including financial return.
- Facilitate and enter into negotiations with the preferred proponent and, together with the Client’s legal advisors, issue appropriate contracts.
- Guides and supports our clients throughout the process of contract negotiation, final agreement and exchange of contracts to achieve settlement within required timescales.
