Impact Group has tailored the software to meet the needs of the Australian Housing Sector. ProVal is unique to the Australian market, with no other product responding to the community housing sector’s needs, development process, funding structure and reporting requirements.

Consultancy
Our consultancy service includes full development appraisal analysis with high level Board reports on outcomes and recommendations, helping you to make the right commercial decision and ensuring confidence is instilled in financial institutions when raising private finance.
If you suddenly find yourself with limited internal resources or with tight deadlines to meet, Impact Group can assist you with your development challenges.
Software Rental
Any of the software modules are available to rent for a minimum period of 12 months on a named user licence basis. Annual support fees are included in the rental cost.
Software Purchase
All software modules are available for purchase exclusively through Impact Group. An annual support fee is payable in addition to the purchase cost.
Training and Support
Any training that is required can be provided at Impact Group’s Sydney office or a nominated location. If this is not suitable, training can be provided via a service that enables delegates to attend a meeting on-line, with conference calling and screen sharing. This will provide a quick and cost-effective method of delivering training as it can be provided either ad-hoc, or scheduled in advance. This service works equally well for support purposes.
Impact Group’s Software Support Team will be available Monday – Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm AEST (excluding public holidays) should support be required. We do not use third party agencies or remote call centres; however we are supported by SDS should there be any queries that can’t be resolved by Impact Group directly.
