Impact Group was formed by Managing Director Wayne Golledge in 1999 as he identified a need in the property sector for an integrated total project management and construction service.
Over time Impact Group has continued to expand its services through its subsidiaries that now include:
- Impact Project Management – the project management arm of Impact Group.
- Impact Development Management - a team of development professionals.

An active participant in our industry, Impact Group has many industry affiliations and memberships and is a member of the Housing Industry Association Ltd (HIA) and is also a supporting member of Clubs NSW.
Impact Group takes its role within the community seriously and is committed to “giving back” to disadvantaged people in our society. As a corporate donor to the Property Industry Foundation (PIF), Impact Group helps to raise some $1.5 million every year for youth homelessness in New South Wales.
