Impact is ramping up its construction services division specialising in commercial office fitouts.
An in-house team will work with clients who can opt for project management services of the fitout/upgrade or a complete design and construct model by our licensed building company. Impact can take care of the entire project to ensure a smooth process.
The move comes as Impact recently completed its own new office fitout in just under four weeks.
Impact designed, managed and constructed the project to provide a ‘green’ office space with a custom-made reception counter, large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors and maximised natural light with an open plan work environment.
“We faced several challenges throughout the project including noise restrictions and no designated goods lift, limiting our access. This combined with another full floor fitout going on in the building really tested our management and co-ordination capabilities,” said Wayne Golledge, Managing Director of Impact Group.
“Despite all of this, we were able to overcome each obstacle and deliver the project well within its designated timeframe.”
